Harlem Link Board

Like all New York State charter schools, Harlem Link is overseen by an independent not-for-profit board of trustees. Trustees are volunteers who are directly responsible for reporting to the authorizer, the SUNY Charter Schools Institute.

Monthly board meetings are open to the public.  The schedule for board meetings will be updated below.

During the Coronavirus pandemic and Governor Cuomo’s related state of emergency, the Board held meetings via teleconference. (In June 2021, the governor ended the state of emergency, rescinding Executive Orders that had temporarily modified the New York State Open Meetings Law and Public Officers Law.) Recordings of remote board meetings during the 2020-21 state of emergency can be viewed here.
